Service agreements & documentation
As an existing Hydro-Con Elevator customer, you have a service agreement that stipulates regular maintenance, statutory inspections and preventive checks of your system. If you have any questions about your agreement or need documentation, we are happy to help. If you need safety certificates, inspection reports or instructions, we can send them to you quickly - without a login or portal. Other types of documents we can provide include; content of your service agreement, service reports, copy of invoice, and changes to the agreement.
